Well there was not much an interview process for me. Went to the advisor's office, talk a little about what I did at graduate school, went over the project they wanted me to work on, and I signed the one year contract.

Interview
In a zoom meeting. They ask me some questions and share some details about this position. And also some tech question and coding questions. No much to say, just like interview in other institutions.
Met with head of lab and current lab members. Met with a few other labs in the department. Gave a presentation on my graduate research. Went out to dinner with the lab.
overall it was two interviews, and they were both with zoom video call! the first one was with the supervisor and then presenting in front of the whole research group
