2 Rounds of interviews that happened in quick succession. Straight forward questions about experience/background & then a simple practical assignment. The communication about the process was clear and the hiring manager was easy to communicate with.

They asked me to discuss a time that I had to navigate autonomously and how that impacted a client.

Interview
Applied via LinkedIn and had a video screening interview with the US-based Product Marketing Manager that was scheduled for 15 minutes but actually lasted over an hour that left me with a positive impression of the company. A few days later the PMM emailed me personally with a test writing assignment (PDP and blog post), which I submitted. And then I got ghosted. The PMM never confirmed the receipt of the assignment, nor responded to my followups. I never received a definitive communication that my application had been rejected.

Tell me about your experience in ecommerce copywriting.
the process, take place in three meeting, the first one is a canonical knowing chat, after that a person give you a technical excercise. When you complete and send back the excircise the second meeting take place talking about how you completed the task assigned. The third is the final step.
