My experience was two to three old white men deadpan the entire interview. Seemed bothered they had to show up to the virtual interview. I had 3 tests (one was hard), a writing sample, and 3 depo samples I had to turn in.

Interview
Easy and streamlined. It was a semi short interview with basic questions. The interviewer was easy to talk to and seemed knowledgeable enough. Description of job duties was good and expectations were made obvious.
3 step process. Phone Interview, in person interview, and meeting with people in the same role you applied. I believe these steps are attorney specific, but I am not sure.
