The whole process took around three months — extremely slow. I had to go through a hacker assessment, then a phone interview with HR, then again a 24-hour take-home assessment. After that, there were two technical interviews. After completing all of this, I had to follow up with HR multiple times just to get an update. For two weeks, not a single reply — nothing.
This was a terrible experience. I understand people are busy, but there should be some basic decency in respecting the time and effort candidates put into this process. At the very least, send an update or a rejection. Silence after so many rounds is unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how they treat candidates, I can’t imagine how they treat employees.
Would not recommend going through this company’s hiring process unless you’re okay wasting time with no communication.
