The process from applying to getting the interview was very smooth and easy, with clear communication throughout. The overall process usually involves two two-way interviews, although I only had one and didn’t progress to the next stage. The interview itself was quite straightforward. During it, they focused a lot on whether you could start working independently from Day 1, which felt a bit odd for an internship. Internships are usually for students who are still learning and looking to gain experience, so expecting someone to already be professionally ready didn’t fully make sense. However, they were very quick with the decision, as I received the outcome the next day. Overall, it was a good experience, just that expectation about being professionally qualified felt a bit unusual for an internship.
