I applied originally as seasonal so it was a really simple process. Pretty much a group of ten or so of us stood around a table and they just had us start filling out the hiring forms.

Question 1
Can you work all upcoming holidays? (black Friday, day before/after Christmas, day before/after New Year's day)
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
