I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tory Burch (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was very professional. Had thorough conversations with multiple staff members. They are very specific about ensuring the hiring candidate will work well with the existing team. The team has a very long (unusually long for retail) existing tenure... and they work hard to preserve it. Be sure to bring your 'A' game, and a top notch resume.

Question 1
About the ability to work with others (women in retail in specific.)
Quick interview with assistant manager, pleasant and easy, told me what to expect, and when I would start. It was a seasonal job. Introduced me to the others and explained the app and payroll.
The interview process was intermediate but fair and I ended getting the position after the second interview which I was excited about. I received a call from the hiring manager and was offered the position
