My interview process was set in 3 phases, a phone screening, then come in to do 2 shadows, and interview with the recruiter, then finally an interview with the Group sales manager. The environment was great and I had a good time shadowing the some people. The only negative came from the GSM, which he literally stated my previous engineering title was a waste and unimpressive. But who am i to hold a grudge on such negativity.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.

First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
