The interview process was hands on and very visual, sitting down with recent employees in training and one with a lot of experience. Usually they would ask you to take a few calls for them to see what its like to work for them and then an interview process with a hiring manager.

Interview
Two phone calls, 1 in person interview, reference check. Process thus far has lasted about one month. Recruiter has been very helpful. Connected with the company at a university career fair.

Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
