I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tractor Supply
Interview
Mine was a unique situation. Our store had recently lost a Team Lead and had a new person in that position training, we were without an Assistant Manager, and our Receiver left work one day and never came back. I was working as a part-time team member and the manager knew I was interested in the receiver's position as we had spoken about it several times. He believed I was a good fit for the job, so I was just sort of shoved into the position without a formal interview and only a brief conversation with the district manager. It was a whirlwind, but the least complicated interview process I've ever gone through.
