I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tractor Supply (Waverly, NE) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was contacted less than a week after applying online and asked to come in for a facility walk-through and a "meeting". I assumed this meant interview and prepared accordingly. I was walked through the DC with 3 people. They were all VERY informational and nice. Afterwords we went to the conference room where a fourth met as well and they interviewed me. I felt comfortable and at ease. I would say it was probably one of my favorite interviews I've had. They said they would get back to me with a yes or no answer within a week and kept their word. I'm happy to say I start in two weeks! :)

I applied online. I interviewed at Tractor Supply (Macon, GA) in Feb 2025
Interview
I applied online, received an interview invite, and scheduled it for a Friday. I adjusted my day to accommodate, but when the time came the recruiter did not call. I sent a polite follow-up email, asking if we could reschedule to a time more convenient for her, but I only received an out-of-office auto-reply stating she’d return on Monday. Now, it’s the following Friday—seven days later—and I still haven’t heard back. If this is any indication of how the company operates, I’m thankful I didn’t move forward.
* it’s a shame providing recruiter names in reviews is not permitted as bad behavior and practice should absolutely be recognized.
