- receive a wonky and strange message from the president asking you to interview (but where they do not give the candidates any time to prepare - it's on their time only)
- then if you aren't able to respond right away, the brand's culture is to harass and message the applicant again and suggesting that if they do not hear from you, you will be cancelled from the job interview.
- such a strange and very autocratic environment; please give yourself greater value and respect than this board of directors does...they are so out of touch with the field and how to properly recruit and hire.
*they also hide the salary/wage rates on their job descriptions for some reason (I guess another archaic HR tactic to prevent the applicant from feeling they are special or something...).
