the interview process was fine but the waiting for the background check was long and disorganized. In the third week into the process I was being asked for more documents that should have been asked in the beginning.

How can your experience with multi-cultural teams can be useful in this position?
Great - very thorough but a bit slow. Loved everyone I spoke with. Seems like a good place to work. Salary offer was a bit low but work/life balance seems worth it.
