Beware, the selection process is EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. As a candidate to be a Recruiter, I was invited to the company's Indeed and Linkedin Recruiter platforms to SOURCE FOR ACTIVE POSITIONS. This poses a serious threat to client/company confidentiality (no NDA was offered) and to the candidates' intellectual property. I ended up doing about 20 hours' worth of work, and at the end, I was told to send all the sourced CVs to the CEO. This may generate revenue for the business and is borderline exploitation of free manpower (such an irony for a company that has a business line on refugees lol). Additionally, I feel bad for Turas' clients, because through this assignment, Turas shows no respect to their clients by disrespecting their confidentiality. I knew who all their clients are and which position they are looking for.
That being said, if you're offered this assessment/interviews by Turas, kindly reject and focus your energy on another company. It's not worth it to work for this company and CEO.
