Interview process honestly just takes up a lot of time. It's an OA (using pandas and simple leetcode questions) then 1hr data analysis interview then 2nd round of 1hr stats, 1hr coding then hiring manager chats that are open ended

What is the correlation of the min and max of two uniform random variables on [0,1]?
Applied online and received the online assessment about two weeks later. After that, I was invited to the first-round interview focused on data analysis. I reached the final stage, which consisted of three rounds, but did not pass.

Same OA as last years. Nailed all three, but didn't get any next step invitation. Last year the interviewer was late for 20 min, not respectful during the interview, and intentionally gave out hard questions.
Started with a few background questions surrounding research projects, then jumped into technical questions about probability and correlation matrices. The question involved statistics and linear algebra knowledge. Couldn’t answer one question then switched to another
