TCISKL There is a mock teaching session, usually attended by 1. subject lead of the department (depends on which subject you apply for) 2. Academic coordinator 3. Head of school 4. Principal (sometimes) You are required to prepare a lesson to teach, together with some class activities. The above attendees will be your "students". How you interact with your "students", your classroom management skills, are important. No chalk and talk. Prepare meaningful activities for your class. If you pass the mock teaching, there will be another round of interview where they will discuss your salary expectations, etc. Do note that this school is strictly vegetarian, you are not allowed to bring non-vege food. Also, there is a dress code (uniform) given to teaching staffs and non-teachings staffs. For female employees, you are required to tie your hair up (bun).
