Tzu Chi School interview questions

Mock Teaching is compulsory with some added question based on the knowledge of the subject. Subject Leads will review and confirm. The provess is not difficult as they want to see if you are capable of teaching or not. If yes they are happy to take you in and continue to help you with their newly formed L&D department.

All in all three rounds of interviews. First with the HR, then the academic team. If they like you they will ask you to do a demo teaching. If you pass that step, final interview with the board. Everyone's nice and polite.
