Interview
I had to take a cultural test and cognitive tests. The cultural test focussed a lot on effective communication and responsibility. The cognitive tests test your speed and accuracy while dealing with numbers or logical deduction. After which I was offered a video interview through an online platform.
Colloquio composto da 7 domande con 2 minuti per ciascuna per ragionare e 2 minuti per rispondere. Sono domande non tecniche ma per capire come reagisci alla pressione sul lavoro o il livello di creatività nel risolvere i problemi
Firstly Online test (logic), followed by interview with team management (around 45 minutes), and lastly interview with HR( few simple HR questions, availability, pay, availability etc, simple) and then offer.

Interview
It was an AI interview process with a video on, and preparation time. You are given 2 minutes to prepare and two minutes to anwser. In general, it is manageable with the a little bit of practice with AI interviews. More like recording of self-introductory videos
