You meet one on one with the supervisor. You are required to bring a piece of writing that you are proud of and discuss its strengths and weaknesses with the supervisor. You are then required to answer questions about your own writing process and discuss prior experience with tutoring or other related fields. You discuss your major and career aspirations as well.
