Interview with HR who asked a few questions then gave my information to the physician directors. Had another interview with them for about 30 minutes, then was invited for a 3 hour shadowing experience with one of the APPs. Got to meet a few members of the team and see what their jobs acuatlly look like

Question 1
Why internal medicine? Where do you see yourself a few years from now? Tell me about your clinical rotations?
Met with multiple potential colleagues including “managing” PA, supervising physician, and department head. Was nice to meet multiple levels of positions and interviews were carried out in a timely and efficient fashion

Interview
The job was posted while I was on a clinical rotation there as a student. I applied online and several weeks after got a call for an in-person interview. The interview was split between the head physician of the department and an experienced physician assistant in the department. The interview was more of explaining logistics of the position and me asking questions rather than being peppered with typical "interview" questions. It was a very laid-back feel which eased my anxiety of the interview!
