US Cellular's hiring process is extensive for Sales Leadership. You will need to pass an assessment (length of assessment is 5-8 hours depending on the level of leadership you're applying for). Interview will be a Performance Based Interview, which means you need to cite specific instances that demonstrate a particular competency or behavior you've exhibited in the past. You may have to interview with multiple levels of people and some interviews (after the Performance Based Interview) will be more conversational in nature. Just be yourself and show who you are during the interview- it is very important that you're a match for US Cellular, as you'll be miserable there if you're not (so don't try to portray yourself as someone you're not).
