Pretty laid back. There were 2 higher ups that conducted the interview. I received an answer the very next day. Feel comfortable and be yourself when interviewing here. Super easy and simple questions.

Interview
It took about 15 minutes and was really basic. Asked the typical interview questions about who you are,why you want to work there, etc. It was a welcoming environment and they told me after a quick tour of the facility that they would contact me within the week (which they did)

Interview
I first applied for the job online. This is the only way to apply for a job at Uberprints. Shortly after, I received an email to take a survey. After taking the survey, I was emailed again to come in for an interview. The interview was pretty simple. I was asked standard questions about what I would do in certain scenarios, and how I believe people should conduct themselves at work. I was offered the postion at the end of the interview.
