Interview
After submitting my application, the hiring manager reached out to me via email to schedule a phone call screening. During the phone call, we discussed having an in-person interview at the office, to which I agreed. I proceeded with the in-person interview, and a day later, received an offer.

Question 1
Tell us about a time that you experienced a difficult challenge. How did you overcome it?
Brief but very solid questions, pertained to the job, a lot of scenario questions that had to do with difficult customers, they basically just want to know that you can diffuse any situation that may arise and I am pretty sure that they will, two people when in the room when I interviewed so heads up on that, lasted no more than 15 minutes
