Recruiter reached out over LinkedIn. Profile shared for two positions and I choze the senior one as it matched my experience. Process was very chaotic and the standard of the language was poor - all assignments were riddled with grammatical errors. The recruiter is pushy and calls at any time. Don't consider if you have something else in hand - family business so it isn't very professional. I stopped the process mid way as it was very disorganized
