I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Umbria Communications (Andheri) in Oct 2012

It Took around a month to complete four rounds. 1st:HR and Technical. 2nd:Completed Technical. 3rd:HR+Technical+Personal. 4th:HR+Personal. I had cleared all the round but they denied as the vacancies where full with a very silly reason mentioning.
