I applied online. I interviewed at Unified in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was back-to-back calls for three rounds. I liked how it was completed in a matter of hours rather than days, as most companies do. Overall, the process went smoothly, but the following is where they dropped the ball: I followed up every week via email for a month following my interview. They told me they have not made a decision each time. Five weeks later, I received a random text from someone working at Unifed with whom I had not communicated at all, asking if I was still interested in the role, to which I replied "yes." (You would assume at this point that I may be in the running for the role; otherwise, why the sudden text?) They were pleased to hear I was still interested, but said they did not have this position open at the time. (why not start with that rather than a checking my interest for the role...) Then I was told that once it opened, I would be considered. I asked when that may be, and they do not know maybe next year... When I asked if I should expect an offer if it became available, I was told that it was possible the team was considering me... This left me perplexed, misled, and dissatisfied with their process. I really enjoyed speaking with those interviewing me. It seems like it could have been a good opportunity—just a terrible post-interview process that leaves you strung along and confused. My advice for any interviewees for the Account Strategy Manager position listed as still open on their site is to ask if it is actually open. Otherwise, waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unified (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Had several rounds of interviews (2 phone screens, 2 rounds of 1:1 interviews with 3-4 people for about 30 minutes each) It was a long process but every one was super nice and really seemed to enjoy being there.
