Interview
The interview was straightforward and fairly simple, and came only after I submitted 3 letters of recommendation and two writing samples. The interviewer seemed invested in me and very friendly, and asked fairly simple questions (about previous employment, skills learned, how I would apply those skills to the organization, what my career interests are, etc). There were no surprises and this was a very positive interview experience.
