Interview
It took a month after I applied online to get a virtual interview. Pretty typical to wait that long but not great. They hired me on the spot and told me to look out for correspondence from their recruiting team. Almost 3 weeks passes by before I finally hear from someone. After I returned my contracts signed, another month passes by with no response from the recruiting team until I got ahold of another person. After trying desperately to receive any kind of correspondence from United, I finally did my drug test and background check. Then they asked me to come in with a single day’s notice to get badged and fingerprinted. I accepted but had to call back to change because something came up. No response after I called several times and left several messages. Weirdly difficult to get a hold of anyone at this company, at least in my experience. After 2 months of trying my best to keep this ball rolling and getting very concerning lack of responsiveness from everyone here, I might just reneg on my offer.

The interview process was shortened to four questions, as two questions asked the same thing but were worded differently. The two interviewers who were supposed to attend did not, so I was interviewed by one man who asked the questions and wrote down my answers about how my experiences could apply to the role.
