I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Nov 2017
Interview
Best interview process I've ever experienced. Jenna (my recruiter) was so nice and extremely fast at getting back to me with the results (always within a few hours or the next day). Here was the general timeline:
1. Recruiter phone call- behavioral questions, why I want to work at Unity (I think most of the interview was spent talking about this because, who wouldn't want to work at Unity?), talked about my projects, etc.
2. Right after the call Jenna e-mailed me a coding challenge that I had a week to complete. It wasn't timed which was so nice and took a lot of the stress off (as opposed to coding challenges from other companies where you have an hour to complete coding exercises). It took a few hours and was overall very fun to solve and not too difficult.
3. Heard back the same day that I made it to the next round -- a 1 hour technical screen with a member of the team I was interviewing for. First part consisted of questions about resume, next part was a coding question that was fun and pretty low-pressure. I talked through my thought process and the interviewer helped me when I was stuck and reassured me that he cared far more about my thought process than my solution. Amazing interviewer and interview.
4. Heard back a few hours later that I had made it to the last round which consisted of 4 45-minute video interviews (not on-site because I was out of the country). Each interview was with a different member of the team. The first 2 were algorithms-type interviews, 1 OOD, and 1 JavaScript. Algorithms and OOD weren't too difficult. The JavaScript interview was pretty in-depth and very difficult for me. Unfortunately I had no clue how to answer a lot of the conceptual questions I was asked, but my interviewer was so nice about it and even pointed out some great resources to use to gain in-depth JavaScript knowledge. The entire team was so nice and helpful and they really made the interview as pain-free as possible.
Without a doubt the best interview experience I've had. Amazing recruiter, amazing team and interviewers. My recruiter even set it up so that I could visit the Unity office in the country I'm currently in even though I'll be working in the SF office. I am extremely impressed by the team and the spirit, values, and culture held by the Unity team. I'm so excited to work there this summer!

Question 1
Describe a time that you had conflict with your colleagues
phone interview started off with basic interview questions such as why you want to work there, any company knowledge and their core values. I asked about the company culture and what the role intails.
It was a great overall experience. Questions asked in the interview were of medium difficultly. There were 3 - 4 rounds of interviews. First one was recruiter call and then 3 one hour interview rounds. Last round with hiring manager
