Longer than the expected period between application and interview. Very common interview with just some conversation about my past work and future plans. I had been previously shortlisted by a committee but the interview was just with the leader of the department. The interviewer hinted me that would be interested to make me an offer but first needed to discuss it with the other committee members.

Took 4 months after the application. The interview was online and three professors were there. One professor who was the PI for the project asked most of the questions. They expect norsk skills but later the asked me to go with English
