It was a panel interview with five individuals within the college. I was notified of the interview through a phone call. The panelist were very welcoming and asked questions targeted to their department.

I first had a phone interview with the Manager. The next step was a panel interview on Teams with the Advising team. Each person on the panel asked 3-4 questions.

You apply online, even though most departments already know who they're going to hire. I went through the interview process but told them more about what the job entailed than they knew. It was a waste of time but HR required that I go through the interview process.
