I really like the interview process. I answered HR questions by a mail. Then I had a test task to solve two algorithm cases, after solution review, I was invited to the interview with a senior developer, we discussed the solution and had a general theoretical talk. Next step was a big test task for the whole day, this task is paid by the company. After review I was invited to the interview with a director of engineering. We discussed my solution and had a talk about processes in the company. On that stage I was rejected but I am grateful for this experience!
