Basic zoom call, basic interview questions, recommended to have previous vet assistant experience. Asked to just talk about yourself. Asked if you’ve done blood draws or IV catheters and your comfort ability level on doing them. Expected to know how to restrain already.

They call you a few days you submit your application to set up an interview. If they like you they usually set up a working interview and after 2 hours of shadowing they offer you the job.
