Interview
Don't bother applying for this company if you aren't white, if you have even a slight accent, and more important if you don't know how to act. Be prepared to spend money on props, a pretty background drop, and head seat. Also, be prepared to spend hours practicing for a demo lesson just to not get any feedback. I submitted the demo lesson, spent hours practicing and setting everything up and all I got was an automated E-mail asking me to do another demo lesson through their app. When I tried to follow this step the app wouldn't let me sign in, so I contacted support, once again I get automated E-mails but not a solution to my problem. After spending more hours trying to figure out how to log in through their app to submit the smart demo lesson, I gave up and realized my access to continue with the interview process had been blocked with no explanation. This was a waste of time. So dissapointed.

Interview
Straightforward interview that offered a solid overview on the company and requirements. There is a mock-class portion of the interview where you use the interactive platform to teach a short lesson and get feedback and suggestions.
The interview process is a very detailed and long interview process. The company will thoroughly go through your application, request your credentials, and ask you to complete a mock class.
