I applied online and was contacted via WhatsApp by their Talent Acquisition team. Unfortunately, instead of a proper conversation or phone call to understand my experience, I was sent a few basic text questions and then promptly rejected. It feels like their TA operates more like a resume factory, focused on checkbox recruiting rather than genuinely assessing candidate potential.

Questions du manager sur ses compétences et il faut bien écouter car le manager peut dire que vous lui avez confirmer tel ou tel élement. Donc bien retenir et faire attention à vos dires.

I applied thru online. After few days I received text message from TL and said TA guy will send email or WhatsApp me. And yes I do receive an email from TA with an online assessment about cryptocurrency trading and etc. I completed the assessment and after few days TA guy WhatsApp me and ask further questions about languages fluency and so on. He said he will discuss with hiring manager and revert. Guess what I didn’t get the job. Not sure what’s the reason. I just felt very disappointed about company who likes to play on jobless people times by giving some assessments. If you not hiring why you send those assessments all?
