I interviewed at Vancouver School Board (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They give you the questions and you get to think for about 20 minutes before going into the interview. You will get interviewed from 2 people. They take turns asking you questions. After the interview is done, you need to complete a simple written long answer response.

Question 1
How do you differentiate in a classroom with various needs?
Questions were given beforehand.
Three representatives from the District were present.
They were open to feedback and answered the questions I had to the best of their abilities.
Overall, wonderful experience.

Interview
They started with introduction and went on introducing themselves, including their positions, titles, previous experience etc. Then, they would tell you the process and how they were going to let you think for a couple minutes before answering the questions (some might find it useful but I personally found it sketchy because online interviewers can AI generate answers).
The overall process is quite AI. You can tell that they just wanted to get things done and they just asked you to answer all the questions. No follow-up, no further guidance or explanations needed, no interactions, nothing. It felt like you are talking to some computer programs. From those attitudes, you can tell that they don't really care about you as a person/future educator at the district... (That made me wonder how those people take care of their students).
I chose not work for them because the interview and the initial interactions with those people at the district was not satisfying: they are late to the interview!! Plus, they make the interview 40 minutes longer than the scheduled time (it communicates and signals that those people do not care about your time.. very red flag).
Frankly, if the district really at demand of teachers, treat your interviewers with better manners.
