The interview process was very smooth-easy to follow. I felt very comfortable about the interview process. It was very transparent since the beginning all the steps were lay out before the interview process.

Interview
The recruiting process at Vanta is extremely organized and I had a lot of support from the recruiter throughout the entire process. Every interviewer was highly engaged and I had meaningful conversations with each. It was clear throughout the process that they are thoughtful and intentional in their approach.
