Interview
Very long process. First there was a phone interview that went over an hour, then there was a panel interview that took all morning. After that, there was another interview that (fortunately) got scheduled as a phone interview, and that was at least another hour. The questions were pretty open ended.

I was asked how I'd troubleshoot a customer not being able to get on the internet. They were clearly looking for some very specific answer, which I don't think I was able to give.

Interview
It was a quick phone interview with a nice guy who was pretty direct asking about my experiences and education. Asking big projects that I have taken on and where I was looking to go in my career.
