As part of the applying process... I took the 2 hour+ long test/questionnaire. I passed it. It then instructed me to send in video interview of my response to the questions it asked me. I passed that and then got a live interview 3 weeks later. The lady at the end says she's not the hiring manager and its to approve if i continue to another interview.
I schedule the NEXT interview which is done by text message. No available interview slots for 4 weeks. I finally got an interview slot alert. I picked it and had to wait 3 weeks for that interview!
When that day finally arrived, the interviewer postponed it another 2-3 weeks!
When that final interview date arrived, the lady named Kathryn was being impatient with me because there were technical difficulties that only lasted up to 5 minutes. She said she wants to postpone because others are waiting. That pissed me off after all that they/she made me wait...and I texted her, hold one one second don't give up so easily when I have been waiting for this very moment for months.
Upon connecting with her, you could see her judging me up n' down with her bitter face. I answered her questions fine, and I was at ease the whole time doing my part. When the interview ended she said they'll let me know within a week about my hiring status to then do another interview if it's a Yes.
Couple days later I was told I did not suit the position.
These people at Verizon involved in the hiring process are jerks, no consideration of your time and effort, and they mislead you to believe you have a chance, after allll that. They said no. I'm glad I'm not using any of their services and I never will.
