I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied online, received a follow up email asking me to complete an online video interview through Montage. I had to record myself answering 5 behavior questions. Afterwards, I receive an email to answer a short questionnaire. A few days later, I received a phone call to schedule an on-site interview and was flown out to their office in Tempa Terrance, Florida with 26 other candidates. Due to time constraints, all of us only had 1 interview, which was a technical interview with 2 people from Verizon's IT department. I'm still waiting to hear a response from them.
