I was initially reached out and had a phone interview first. They made me feel totally at ease. After that, I got another call and was asked to come in for an in person interview. The following week I went in for an interview. The interview itself was around 2 and a half hours. I met with about 5 different people and each one was really good. Everyone I met with was great! They provided great details on position and made the interviews fly by. I had one additional interview the following week which was another two and a half hours and met with 5 more people. It seems that they really want to make sure the personality fit is right. That’s actually why I really valued the interviews and the feedback they provided.
