I applied through a reference, My first round was telephonic . The interviewer was good he asked me normal question related to testing no technical questions. after clearing telephonic round next was HR but that round happens after 10 -15 day till no response totally slow process of HR. They were try to negotiate and than they pay you half of the amount of your expectation.
