Interview
There was an initial phone call, followed by a Zoom technical interview. Then the last step was going into the office and having three interviews with coding challenges. The challenges were engaging and required creative thinking.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Viam in Jan 2023
Interview
Behavioral was a really smooth experience. I think they really check for value alignment. Technical was moderately difficult, but my interviewer was never silent. Overall it felt more like pair coding than a traditional Leetcode style interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Leetcode easy/medium-esque questions as well as previous experience behaviorals

Interview
Pretty standard interview process. Phone screen with a recruiter followed by a technical phone screen and then a 5 hour on-site that featured 2 technical programming challenges, an architecture design and a behavioral. Very smooth process and the recruiter was excellent. Everyone seemed so nice and the office really looked great.
