I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Viox (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2016
Interview
Multiple interviews scheduled to meet different potential team mates so each could weigh in on my candidacy. The interviews were laid back/casual, with a range of questions about skills and experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Viox (Rocky Hill, CT) in Feb 2014
Interview
Very professional. Interviewers were very informative. The process involved a telephone screening. Following this they scheduled a two on one interview. Upon passing this stage they scheduled an interview with the stakeholders to obtain their approval, (or disapproval). Upon passing this stage, the job offer and salary negotiations followed. The drug test was scheduled upon acceptance of the offer and employment conditional upon passing. All of this is fairly standard for this type of position.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Viox (Columbia, SC) in Apr 2014
Interview
Four separate sessions with team members on site and higher management from offsite.
The problem at the end...after making my salary and benefits requirements known that was looking for and that I require before leaving my current employer...I was made an offer that was LOWER than my current salary, with LESS vacation and POORER BENEFITS.
It was as if the entire HR and leadership group that I had met with were clueless. I had used 4 vacation days to make these multiple interview sessions happen. I sure wish I had those back...this process was a complete waste of my time
