Cleared 1st round(1hour technical) . 1 week gap between rounds. Interviewer was impressed in 2nd round(45 mins) . Did not get any feedback for a week or so. When asked about feedback they replied your skills and achievements are impressive but you are not suitable for current role. Just wasted my time. A pre-check round was also held after which they shortlisted me for 1st round. If you didn't find me suitable for job role how was i sent through 2 rounds? Why did you people waste my efforts and time?
