Spoke to recruiter on the phone and met with him the next day. Met with recruiter at Hunt Valley office, within the same week, I was interviewing at the job site. Got hired that same day. The recruiter was very thorough in following up with me on everything that happened.

The interview process was somewhat extensive. There was the internal interview within the agency that consisted of skills overview and background review. Followed by a forty-five minute telephone interview with the hiring client. And lastly two seperate three panel person interviews that lasted one hour each. The panel session consisted of a skills and personality inquiry session. This process took about two and one half weeks.

Never talked to employer, just another contractor. The employer never really took interest in employees, just the bottom line. The contractor was interested in making you look better to the contractor. There was no interest in employees, even when they had dissatisfaction. A real lesson to new employees: Beware of this company.
