Screening WebEx interview with HR followed by screening interview with a consultant followed by team interview for experience and another team interview for performance. They declined to advance me to final team interview because they said my answers were too high level. These are all lightweight Big 4 consultants. None has ever worked or even interviewed with MBB. There are very few top-10 graduates and it shows. Once you leave this company no new employer will ever have heard of Vynamic unless you go to work for a former client. This company is amateur hour.

The interview process was extremely organized, innovative, and empowering. Each team member was actively listening, provided genuine responses, and were relatable. By the end of the interview process it truly felt like being part of the Vynamic team would be something incredibly special.
