8 rounds of interviews. That was excessive. A few of the interviewers went very stiff, judgy, and archaic with their questions. Those questions weren’t very good ones for finding a good candidate.

30 min screen with the recruiter then a 30 min interview with the hiring manager. I didn't make it pass that stage. The next round would have been 30 minute interviews with 4-6 people from the team.
I appreciate that they communicated they weren't moving forward with my candidacy in a timely manner and didn't leave me hanging forever like other companies have.
