The actual interview was lovely. They expressed they had an immediate need and I compromised by saying I had a vacation coming up but could give my two weeks before it to accommodate their timetable. I was told an offer was coming by their recruiter. However, a week later the recruiter called and said the offer had been rejected. He promised me he would get answers and call me back. That was two weeks ago and I have called and emailed. I have been completely ghosted and couldn't take back my two weeks notice.
