Interview
The interview process was very lengthy, but management is very friendly. Interview was a one on one with one of the Assistance manager, my interview was bit long because they want to ensure that I am willing to commit to commute an hour and half to work. Since, I was living in New York and traveling to New Jersey.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
